New Year’s Resolution: Give yourself more time with those you love!

From Wikipedia: a New Year’s Resolution is a secular tradition, most common in the Western Hemisphere but also found in the Eastern Hemisphere, in which a person makes a promise to do an act of self-improvement, such as losing weight, stop smoking, drinking more water…etc

I have never really been the kind of person who makes New Year’s resolutions.  Perhaps this is because I already have many small daily resolutions.  The New Year is however, a time when I remind myself of what’s important: my family, my friends, my community and work. Yes work, I’ve always been one of the “crazy”ones who loves working and who thrives on the challenges that come with it.

At this time of the year, I feel that it is important to re-emphasize how vital spending time with the ones you love is and perhaps resolving to try to spend even more time with them.

Happy New Year! May 2014 be filled with great adventures, laugh and good health for you & your loved ones.
